Company history
JASP was founded on 1 January 2016 as the result of a collaboration between three long-standing partners. However, the roots of the partnership go back much further, to the founding of the co-operative „The finders“ in 2009 by Andreas Rohr and Jens Oldenburg and beyond. André and Sascha, who once worked at T-Systems MMS (now Telekom MMS), also share a common past. „The finders“ were involved in numerous projects there as freelancers.
Since its foundation, JASP has successfully completed both its own projects and orders for partners. Over time, the order volume has grown, enabling us to gradually recruit employees since 2019. This allows us to realise larger projects and fulfil a wider range of customer requirements.

How we work
We live and work all over Germany. Nevertheless, we sit together every day in our digital virtual office. This is where we experience our sense of togetherness over morning coffee in our kitchen or during coding sessions in the couch corner. If you want peace and quiet or focus, you can retreat to a focus area.
Our mode of collaboration means getting help at an early stage and simply walking to a colleague's workstation, automatically being in a video conference there immediately and being able to share each other's screen if necessary.
